Hiring Senior Manager / AGM - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, cash-flow management, taxation, audits, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting and finance operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, variance analysis, and financial planning.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and fund management.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.
Review general ledger, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and closing activities.
Manage banking relationships and oversee banking transactions.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team.
Support management in business decisions through financial analysis and reporting.
