Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications and workflows.
Implement and support Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, and Resource Management modules.
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer workflows, and integrations.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Design and implement reports, dashboards, KPIs, and portfolio analytics.
Configure Project Workspaces, Agile Boards, and Resource Plans.
Integrate ServiceNow SPM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
Support data migration, upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.
Participate in solution design workshops and client discussions.
Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills
36 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow SPM/PPM implementations.

Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Experience with Service Portal and Workspace configurations.
Valuable understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow CSA Certification (Mandatory).
CIS-SPM Certification preferred.
CAD Certification is an added advantage.
Experience in client-facing and consulting roles.
Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules is a plus.
