The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, achieving business targets, and providing valuable customer service.

Responsibilities
Manage gold loan and investment business.
Achieve branch sales and business targets.
Handle customer enquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Supervise and guide branch staff.
Ensure proper documentation and branch operations.
Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Monitor loan recovery and branch performance.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial institution.
Experience in gold loans and investment products is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
