Extensive experience with UI Builder and Workspace development, including creating and customizing up-to-date user experiences.
Strong front-end development experience in Service Portal, including widget development, scripting, and UI customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes), Flow Designer, and platform best practices.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality solutions in a quick-paced environment.
Exposure to Generative AI / AI-enabled solutions within ServiceNow or enterprise platforms.
Experience with Agentic AI, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, or AI-driven workflow automation is a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise-scale implementations and agile delivery methodologies.
