Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will join one of our Product Areas and become part of a cooperative team focused on operating and improving our Azure-based SaaS platform. You ll work with experienced engineers and cross-functional colleagues to help ensure reliability, scalability, and operational excellence for both onboarding and running client settings.

This role is a launchpad for your development as an SRE-combining hands-on engineering, automation, monitoring, and platform support-with solid mentorship and continuous learning opportunities built in.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the daily operations of our Microsoft Azure-hosted platform
Assist in managing and improving infrastructure deployment pipelines and automation tasks
Monitor platform performance and availability using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and change management activities
Help schedule and optimize batch jobs using enterprise schedulers
Support the integration and configuration of third-party tools and services
Learn and apply SRE and ITIL practices, including service ownership and post-incident reviews




Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint-based team delivery
Maintain and improve documentation, including runbooks and operational guides
Engage in a structured onboarding and mentoring program to grow your skillset

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field
Some practical exposure to cloud, DevOps, or infrastructure topics through coursework, internships, or side projects
Interest in Microsoft Azure, automation, and cloud operations
Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) and version control (Git)
Awareness of monitoring, basic networking, or incident response is a plus
A proactive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to shared team outcomes
