A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily construction site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor construction progress and prepare daily progress reports.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Manage labor, materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
Identify and resolve in office issues to minimize delays.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
Maintain accurate site records, including attendance, inspections, and material usage.
Ensure timely completion of work while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
