Job Summary

We are looking for a Store Assistant to support day-to-day store and inventory operations. The candidate will be responsible for receiving, arranging, issuing, and maintaining stock while ensuring proper documentation and an organized store setting.

Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and condition against documents.
Assist in loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials.
Arrange materials systematically and maintain proper identification/labeling.
Issue materials against authorized requisitions or instructions.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation.
Assist in physical stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, or discrepancies to the Store In-Charge.
Support stock movement, material handling, and dispatch activities.
Assist in maintaining GRN, issue slips, stock registers, and other store-related documents.
Follow company safety rules, procedures, and inventory control policies.
Perform other store-related duties assigned by the Store Manager/In-Charge.





Required Skills
Basic knowledge of inventory and material handling.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel/ERP, is an advantage.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Basic numerical and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Positive organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Candidate Profile
Fresher / 0–1 year of relevant experience.
B.Com
Should be physically fit for routine store activities.
Should be punctual, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Willing to work in shifts, if required.
