Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utility equipment.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical failures to minimize downtime.
Maintain pumps, compressors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic & pneumatic systems.
Repair and replace bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains and mechanical components.
Execute machine installation, alignment, commissioning, dismantling and shifting activities.
Maintain lubrication schedules and machine health.
Coordinate with Production during planned shutdowns and emergency breakdowns.
Maintain PM schedules, maintenance logs and spare parts records.
Ensure availability of critical spare parts.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
Support equipment improvement, energy saving and cost reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors during maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S and maintenance SOPs.
SAP and MS Office exposure preferred.
