Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to meet the needs of our guests.
Manage and supervise a team of spa professionals, providing guidance on best practices and customer service standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of wellness initiatives.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making recommendations for improvement.
Foster a positive and inclusive work setting that promotes teamwork and employee growth.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing teams within the hospitality industry, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
Robust understanding of wellness principles and practices, including nutrition, yoga, and meditation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of CRM software and point-of-sale systems is an asset.
A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
