Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and coordinate daily spa operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Maintain high standards of quality and excellence in all aspects of spa services.
Lead and motivate a team of therapists, trainers, and support staff to achieve goals.
Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in managing teams and leading by example.
Robust knowledge of spa operations, including massage, acupuncture, and wellness therapies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
