Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced and agile Store Manager to oversee daily showroom/store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should ensure excellent customer service, efficient team management, and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve sales targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, and profitability.
Manage inventory, stock levels, and product display.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
Implement company policies and operational procedures.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and head office.
Plan and execute sales promotions and marketing activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store or showroom management.
Experience in jewellery/fashion/retail industry is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil.
Positive knowledge of sales, billing, inventory, and operations.
Result-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
