Technical Skill Development Trainer

Function: Technical Skill Development

Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical training programs for operators, technicians and apprentices.
Develop training modules for Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, EV and Manufacturing skills.
Provide hands-on practical training on machines, tools, equipment and production processes.
Assess trainee knowledge, practical skills and competency.
Identify skill gaps and prepare individual/team development plans.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality and Safety teams for training requirements.
Maintain training records, attendance, assessments and skill matrices.




Support current employee induction, OJT and upskilling/reskilling programs.
Ensure training is aligned with industry standards and plant requirements.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile or related technical field.
Solid practical knowledge of manufacturing/automotive/EV technologies.
Positive communication, presentation and hands-on training skills.
Experience in technical skill development, OJT and competency assessment preferred.
