Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with daily retail store operations, customer service, product display, stock management, and sales support to ensure a smooth shopping experience and achieve store targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and assist them with product selection
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
Support daily store sales and achieve assigned targets
Maintain product displays, shelves, and overall store presentation
Receive, arrange, label, and replenish inventory
Monitor stock availability and report shortages or damaged products
Assist with billing, POS operations, exchanges, and returns
Maintain accurate stock and sales records
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally
Coordinate with the Store Manager and other team members for smooth operations
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the store

Basic sales and product knowledge

Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach

Qualification & Experience:
HSC / Graduate in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing roles
Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience:
Experience in retail stores, supermarkets, lifestyle stores, consumer electronics, fashion, jewellery, or home appliances
Prior experience handling customers and POS/billing systems is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
