Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate should have robust sales expertise, team-handling skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of BDA / Academic Counsellors / Sales Executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance and ensure target achievement.
Conduct daily team meetings, reviews, and performance tracking.
Coach team members on lead conversion, counselling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
Analyse sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure effective follow-up and lead management.
Drive team motivation and maintain a high-performance sales culture.




Coordinate with Branch Manager and management to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in sales, with Team Leader experience preferred.
EdTech / Education sales experience will be an advantage.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Positive knowledge of CRM and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven and rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in EdTech sales, automobile sales, telecom, banking, or other target-oriented industries are encouraged to apply.
