Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated TA Executive with hands-on experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source quality talent across diverse roles, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfil business requirements. Experience in an RPO setting is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple domains.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on role and client requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job needs, expectations, and timelines.
Utilize various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.




Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Share regular hiring status updates and recruitment reports with stakeholders.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT and Non-IT hiring .

• Experience in an RPO environment is a plus.
Robust sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and energetic work environment.
