Role Purpose:

Responsible for end-to-end management of Raw Material (RM) and Packaging Material (PM) stores, ensuring material availability, inventory accuracy, system discipline and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage RM & PM inward, storage, issuance and inventory control.
Verify materials against PO, invoice, quantity, specifications and system records.
Ensure accurate GRN and SAP/ERP transactions for all material movements.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability and proper material identification.
Ensure timely material availability to Production as per daily requirements.
Monitor stock levels, shortages, excess and slow-moving inventory.
Conduct cycle counts and physical stock reconciliation; investigate variances.
Coordinate closely with Purchase, Production, QA and Finance for material-related issues.
Ensure proper segregation of approved, rejected, damaged and hold materials.
Maintain store discipline through 5S, GMP, hygiene and safety standards.
Prepare and analyse inventory and stock movement reports.
Support internal, customer and statutory audits.
