Key Responsibilities :-
Goal Setting: Define explicit targets, assign tasks, and set realistic deadlines for all members.
Performance Monitoring: Track productivity metrics, evaluate work quality, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Staff Development: Identify training needs, coach employees, and support qualified growth.
Operations & Administration: Manage work schedules, handle reporting, and ensure company policies are followed.
Conflict Resolution: Address team disagreements promptly and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
