Role & responsibilities
Conduct site surveys, technical inspections & feasibility assessments
Supervise solar PV installation, testing, commissioning & handover
Read and verify SLDs, electrical drawings & layouts
Troubleshoot modules, inverters, batteries, AC/DC wiring, earthing & protection systems
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance
Coordinate with project teams, vendors & contractors
Provide technical support during customer visits & project discussions
Prepare commissioning, service & technical reports
Train customers on system operation & safety
Ensure compliance with electrical safety & quality standards

Preferred candidate profile
25 years of relevant Rooftop Solar experience
Rooftop Solar EPC experience is mandatory
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field
Robust knowledge of Solar PV systems, electrical testing, troubleshooting & site execution
Positive communication, problem-solving & coordination skills
Willingness to travel to project sites
