Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and potential candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for various roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize the hiring process and improve candidate experience.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Solid knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems.
