Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic Talent Acquisition skilled with 4 to 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer management across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and recruitment consultants.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Negotiate salary, roll out offers, and manage pre-joining engagement.




Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards. Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and documentation.
