Key Responsibilities
Design and govern end-to-end architecture for Next Generation Loyalty Platform initiatives.
Support the 2026 Loyalty Transformation Tribe and standalone digital projects.
Define scalable, secure,



and high-performing solution architectures for digital and eCommerce applications.
Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to align architecture with business objectives.
Lead integration design across web applications, mobile platforms, loyalty systems, and enterprise applications.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, governance, and delivery best practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and product teams.

Preferred Candidate Profile
12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture with robust digital and eCommerce expertise.
Proven experience delivering Loyalty Platform implementations or modernization programs.
Strong understanding of modern web technologies, microservices, and mobile integrations.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
