Manage complete store operations at the project site.
Ensure timely receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of construction materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, bin cards, and ERP entries.
Monitor stock levels and initiate material indents to avoid shortages.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper preservation, stacking, and identification of materials.
Supervise store assistants, store keepers, and other store personnel.
Coordinate with procurement, project planning, execution, and accounts departments for material management.
Verify delivery challans, invoices, gate entries, and material documentation.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.
Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory procedures related to store operations.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, NWAY, or similar inventory software).
