Manage day-to-day operations of the store and warehouse.
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, identification, storage, and issue of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stock matches system records.
Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, excesses, and damages.
Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain proper storage conditions, housekeeping, and material identification.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Finance, and other departments for material requirements.
Ensure timely issuance of raw materials, consumables, spares, packaging materials, and other items.
Monitor obsolete, slow-moving, damaged, and rejected materials and coordinate appropriate action.
Ensure all inward and outward transactions are properly documented and entered into the ERP/system.
Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists,



registers, and other store-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, safety standards, and audit requirements.
Lead, train, and supervise store personnel and allocate daily responsibilities.
Monitor team performance, discipline, productivity, and attendance.
Prepare and analyze inventory and store-related MIS reports.
Support internal, external, customer, and statutory audits.
Identify prospects to reduce inventory carrying costs, wastage, handling time, and operational losses.
Ensure protected handling and movement of materials using appropriate equipment.
Implement 5S/housekeeping standards and maintain a clean and organized store.
Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and store efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
