Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.

Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and user-centric web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, create user personas, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
Translate business requirements into effective UI/UX solutions.
Develop high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
Ensure consistency across products using established design systems and UI guidelines.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback into designs.
Identify UX issues and recommend improvements to enhance usability and customer experience.
Maintain design standards, patterns, and reusable components.




Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills
7+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Expertise in User Research, Wireframing, User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Visual Design.
Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.
Experience creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
Positive knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, and UX best practices.
Solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to design handoff and collaboration with frontend development teams.
Understanding of HTML/CSS and basic frontend development concepts.
Experience with enterprise applications or complex digital products.
