Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – Customer Engagement to manage a team of Relationship Managers and drive sales, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across Retail and HNI segments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
Achieve sales, revenue and new customer acquisition targets.
Drive Mutual Fund and Wealth product sales to Retail/HNI clients.
Coach and mentor RMs for lead conversion and target achievement.
Develop relationships with HNI/NRI investors.
Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning.
Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention.





Candidate Requirements
10+ years of sales experience with team handling.
Robust experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management.
Exposure to Retail, HNI and NRI clients.
Solid sales leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
Education: Master’s Degree; MBA Marketing/Finance preferred.
