We are looking for confident and experienced Telecallers for Loan & Insurance services. Candidates should have good communication skills and experience in outbound calling, customer handling, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain loan and insurance products/services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers and maintain records.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
Previous telecalling experience required.
Loan or Insurance experience preferred.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi; English is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
