Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through cross-sell initiatives.
Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Ensure adherence to internal processes, audit guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for productive loan processing.
