Role & responsibilities
Responsible for Manpower Planning , End to End Recruitment & Onboarding activities.
Responsible for Sourcing Resume through various methods, like through Job Portals ( Naukri , LinkedIn , Indeed , etc ) , References , etc.
Screen the resume as per JR & Skills requirement and share with line Managers / HODs.
Conduct Interviews in coordination with Line Manager / Section Heads / HODs.
Responsible to prepare & Update Selection & Rejection list and accordingly update to candidates
Responsible for Salary Negotiation & Document collection.
Responsible to prepare and share offer letter to Candidates and take follow-up till Onboarding .
Prepare & update various HR MIS .

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Must have hand on experience in Smooth operation of various Job Portals ( Naukri , LinkedIn ).
Candidate must having experience of Pharma Recruitment.
Well versed in Ms. Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc )
