Position: Sales Trainee

Function: Trade Sales

Location: Across Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar & West Bengal

CTC: INR 6 Lakhs per Annum

Qualification: MBA / PGDM Marketing (Regular) from 2025 & 2026 pass-out Batch only (Min 50% Marks throughout academic career i.e from 10th Std till Graduation)

Work Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Pre-requisite (Mandatory): Two-wheeler & valid driving license

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior sales officers and sales managers in identifying potential customers and prospects in the market.
Support sales teams in planning and executing sales strategies.
Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation and client-handling skills.
Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide product information.




Build and maintain positive relationships with distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
Analyze sales data and report findings to management.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor and follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
Track sales performance against targets and suggest improvements.
