Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Engineer to design intuitive, up-to-date, and user-centric interfaces for our AI-powered Recruitment & Interview Automation Platform. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and enterprise SaaS dashboard design. You will work closely with Product Managers and Full Stack Developers to create seamless user experiences across recruiter, candidate, client, and admin portals.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design
Design up-to-date, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for Recruiters, Candidates, Clients, and Administrators.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Design and maintain a consistent design system across the platform.
Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Improve usability through user feedback and usability testing.
Follow accessibility standards (WCAG).




Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Design enterprise dashboards, workflows, and data visualization screens.
Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design consistency.
