Role Overview:

We are looking for a Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in hiring VLSI/ASIC design talent,. The ideal candidate should understand the end-to-end semiconductor design lifecycle—from Architecture to GDSII and have the ability to independently screen and assess technical profiles before presenting quality candidates to hiring managers.

This role requires robust technical screening, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and semiconductor hiring expertise.

Responsibilities, Skills & Expertise:
Drive end-to-end hiring for semiconductor design roles.
Manage vendor relationships, performance, and subcontractor talent pipelines.




Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project scope, skill expectations, and hiring priorities.
Independently screen candidates and validate technical depth, project experience, tools, and technology node exposure.
Assess talent across the semiconductor skills and screen profiles across VLSI, SoC, ASIC, RTL/Digital Design, Design Verification, Physical Design, DFT, Analog/AMS Verification/Design/Layout, etc.
Ensure only technically qualified and requirement-aligned profiles are submitted to hiring managers.
Maintain solid turnaround time (TAT) while ensuring quality of submissions.
Solid analytical, evaluation, decision-making, and communication skills.
