About the Role

Handling techno-commercial activities for selling Dairy Ingredients from our portfolio for Key Accounts.

Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales in the dairy segment across assigned territory
Handle key accounts including Co-operatives, Private Dairies, and Institutional Customers
Generate recent business opportunities for dairy ingredients and application-based solutions
Promote products such as stabilizers, emulsifiers, cultures, enzymes, and specialty dairy ingredients
Coordinate and execute commercial trials at customer plants along with technical team support
Understand customer pain points and provide solution-based selling rather than only price-based selling
Build robust relationships with Procurement, R&D;, Production, QA, and Management teams of dairy customers




Manage customer follow-up from sampling stage to commercial conversion
Support tender business, pricing discussions, negotiations, and order closures
Maintain project tracking and customer updates through CRM systems
Coordinate with principal companies for technical support, samples, and business development activities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
Support product launches and market development initiatives for current dairy solutions

Qualification
MBA or Bachelors or Master's degree in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Science/Food Technology

Required Skills
Candidates with strong hands-on commercial trial experience in dairy applications will be preferred
3–8 years of experience in Sales within the Dairy Industry
Experience in handling dairy ingredients business and commercial customer accounts preferred
Prior experience with Co-operative Dairy Accounts will be an added advantage
Technical knowledge of dairy ingredients and industry regulations.
