Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Explain Neera Farm products, benefits, and ongoing offers to customers.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.
Convert inquiries into sales orders.
Maintain customer records and lead details accurately in Google Sheets.
Submit daily work reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate.
Positive communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.




Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be preferred.
