Role & responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C/C++ and Visual C++.
Analyze existing code, implement enhancements, and fix defects.
Troubleshoot application issues, crashes, memory leaks, and performance problems.
Work with Win32 API, MFC, STL, and Windows development frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality.
Collaborate with QA, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the SDLC.
Perform root-cause analysis and provide effective technical solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
4+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ development.
Solid knowledge of OOP, STL, data structures, and memory management.
Experience with Visual Studio, Win32 API, and/or MFC.
Valuable debugging and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of multithreading and IPC is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL and Git is desirable.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
