Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability by analyzing sales trends and engaging the sales team.
Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective actions.
Lead the sales team by setting explicit expectations, providing feedback, and coaching staff on selling techniques.
Recruit, hire, and train new sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize store coverage.
Address staff concerns and resolve employee issues.
Monitor stock levels and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Ensure accurate inventory control by conducting regular stock checks.
Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring all staff provide excellent service




Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
Resolve customer issues and strive to build customer loyalty
Update displays based on seasonal trends and promotions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements
Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reports, and expense control
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
