About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining proper follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
Generate and qualify leads through calling.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Handle customer queries professionally.




Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati; English will be an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Freshers can apply.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience will be an advantage.
