Key Responsibilities
Counselling Coordination and Candidate Engagement
CRM and Data Management
Performance and Productivity Management
Ensure achievement of daily calling and lead generation targets.
Continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency using CRM and AI tools.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in CRM or Lead Management Software.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
Solid call handling and telephonic communication techniques.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital platforms and current technologies.
Familiarity with AI tools for call summaries, communication drafting, follow-up tracking, and productivity enhancement.
Ability to maintain and manage digital records accurately. Soft Skills • Excellent verbal communication skills.
