We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Explain company services and solutions to prospective customers
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
Understand customer requirements and identify business prospects
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets




Build and maintain positive relationships with clients

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales or a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive convincing and negotiation abilities
Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge
Prior experience in a digital marketing/IT/media company will be an advantage

Thrissur candidates only. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
