Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve sales targets and drive store revenue.
Lead, train and manage the store team.
Manage inventory, stock availability, billing and cash handling.
Ensure proper product display, store presentation and visual merchandising.
Maintain stock accuracy and control shrinkage.
Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.
Prepare daily sales and store performance reports.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in retail store management.
Experience in specialty retail, lifestyle, jewellery, handicrafts, home décor, FMCG or similar sectors preferred.
Solid sales, inventory and team management skills.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates based in Hosur or nearby locations preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
