Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and analyze rates for civil works.
Conduct quantity surveying activities, including bill checking and billing engineering.
Create bar bending schedules (BBS) and prepare structural drawings.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and track costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and specialist agencies.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure materials are technically compliant and available as per project requirements.
