5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or IT Service Delivery.
Solid experience managing Cloud Operations or Managed Services environments.
Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Proven experience handling P1/P2 Incident Management in large-scale production environments.
Robust knowledge of SLA, KPI, SLO, SLI, MTTR, and MTTD concepts.
Experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Problem Management, and Change Management.
Positive understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and operational best practices.
Experience managing 24x7 production support and critical business applications.
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, and PagerDuty.
Experience working with ITSM and project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
