Job Title: Tele Business Development Executive

Location: Kolkata (Work From Office)

Experience: 1–2 Years in Sales / Telesales

Qualification: 12th Pass & Above

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand

(Based on last drawn salary, experience, and communication skills)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Handle customer queries professionally




Maintain follow-ups and update customer information
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective communication

Required Skills Strong telesales and convincing skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in:
English
Hindi
Bengali

Valuable negotiation and customer handling abilities Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach

Ability to build solid customer relationships
