Role & responsibilities
Drive production output and ensure timely servicing of domestic and export commitments with minimal overdue SKUs.
Ensure consistent product quality, deviation management, timely closure of customer complaints and corrective actions.
Monitor RM/PM/SFG yields, variances, inventories and energy utilization to optimize costs.
Drive productivity, cost reduction, cycle-time improvement and manpower optimization initiatives.
Ensure implementation of GMP, 5S, TPM and manufacturing best practices.
Ensure statutory, EHS and safety compliance, including risk assessments, Permit-to-Work, LOTO, confined space and fire safety systems.
Monitor and close safety/audit observations and ensure effective incident investigation and corrective actions.
Maintain MIS for statutory compliances, water usage and waste generation.
Develop plant teams, address employee concerns and support engagement initiatives.
Implement key business initiatives, IRMs/DRMs and continuous improvement projects.
Preferred candidate profile
Min 8 - 15 years experience
Industries: Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred
