Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Supervisor to manage daily in office activities, coordinate workers, and support smooth plant operations. The role involves workforce coordination, housekeeping supervision, and general operational support.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily in office activities and ensure smooth execution of work.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor their performance.
Coordinate with labour teams and maintain proper discipline.
Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness at the workplace.
Support day-to-day plant and operational activities.
Ensure assigned work is completed on time.
Maintain attendance and basic work records.




Report operational issues and manpower requirements to management.
Ensure workers follow workplace safety practices.

Requirements
Experience in supervision, labour management, plant operations, or a similar role preferred.
Good team coordination and people-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple operational responsibilities.
Good communication skills.
Comfortable working in office and managing workers.
Responsible, sincere, and disciplined approach to work.
Basic ability to maintain records and reports.
