Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of quality and safety in the store environment.
Develop and implement effective recruitment and training plans for new staff members.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of store management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Solid analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
