Role & responsibilities
Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. trust (1041), returns; demonstrate an understanding of more complex technical issues
Drive the tax return preparation process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverables
Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal colleagues
Explore prospects to bring more work to the GDS and to EY by consistently providing high quality work
Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager involvement
Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams
Help Senior Managers and Managers with advisory and ad-hoc projects




Develop engagement and financial management skills by managing own and/or others impact on project economics,including controlling costs, monitoring budget to actual differences
Contribute process improvement ideas leading to higher quality service delivery to the client or greater efficiency in the compliance process
Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and teams
Demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in tax technical knowledge relevant to U.S. trust (1041) returns.

Preferred candidate profile

What we look for
Bachelors or Masters degree in finance/commerce
3+ years of working with major global corporation (Big 4, Finance shared services etc.)
