Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide appropriate information.
Explain company products, offers, and services clearly to customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
Follow up with potential customers and existing leads.
Understand customer requirements and share relevant information with the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer requirements, and follow-ups.
Update customer information in Excel/CRM or other company systems.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
Maintain qualified communication and a positive relationship with customers

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
