We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment and a good understanding of technical hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels .
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate expectations.
Handle multiple IT recruitment requirements simultaneously.
Conduct initial candidate screening and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers.
Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and joining.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and turnaround time.

Requirements
6 months – 2 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and job portals for candidate sourcing.
Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
Positive negotiation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Proactive and result-oriented approach.
B.Tech qualification is preferred.
