Key Responsibilities
Lead the Data Quality framework for reference, transaction, holdings, and valuation data across investment operations.
Manage and mentor the Data Quality team, ensuring strong delivery, controls, and risk oversight.
Design and implement data validation, exception management, and automated controls to improve data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
Drive root cause analysis, issue remediation, escalation, and data governance across Operations, Technology, and Data teams.
Build KPI dashboards, MI reporting, trend analysis, and data quality metrics for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Identify prospects for AI, automation, APIs, Python, LLMs, OCR/NLP, Alteryx, and cloud technologies to transform data quality processes.
Lead data quality and process transformation initiatives, including current vs. target operating model assessments.
Provide oversight of critical data supporting portfolio accounting, performance, reporting, regulatory, and client requirements.
Drive multiple workstreams and collaborate with senior stakeholders across Investment Operations, Technology, Data, and Governance functions.

What You'll Bring




10+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Data Management, Middle Office, or Data & Analytics within financial services / asset management.
Robust knowledge of Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Validation, Data Lineage, and Exception Management.
Positive understanding of the investment and trade lifecycle, including reference data, prices, corporate actions, accruals, amortization, tax lots, and portfolio holdings.
Exposure to multiple asset classes, including Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Loans, and Private Markets.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Alteryx, Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and data quality tools such as Informatica, Pan DQ, or PEGA.
Experience driving automation, AI-led transformation, and process optimization; exposure to LLMs, NLP/OCR, or Databricks AI is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and people leadership skills.
Ability to manage complex, cross-functional Data Quality and transformation initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Pay: ₹3,800,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
