Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Noida /On-site

Employment Type: Full time

Experience Level: Mid-Level (3 to 6 years of US Recruitment experience)

Key Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source passive and active candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search strings, and qualified networks.
Pre-Screening & Candidate Assessment: Conduct detailed pre-screening calls to evaluate technical skills, communication abilities, cultural fit, availability, and compensation expectations.
US Tax Terms & Compliance: Vet candidates across standard US employment arrangements, including W2, C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and 1099 .
Work Authorization Verification: Verify candidate work eligibility and visa status, including US Citizen, Green Card (GC), H-1B, EAD (OPT/CPT/H4), TN Visa , and L2.
Pipeline & Relationship Management: Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand skill sets (e.g., Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Data Engineering, Salesforce, Cybersecurity).
Stakeholder Coordination:



Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers or end clients, collect feedback, and assist throughout the offer/onboarding process.
ATS Management: Keep candidate profiles, statuses, and notes updated accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on US recruitment experience (Staffing Agency or Corporate).
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of up-to-date IT tech stacks, software development lifecycles, and technical roles.
US Employment Nuances: Strong working knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms (W2/C2C/1099), pay rates, and market salary benchmarks.
Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in Boolean searches, LinkedIn sourcing, and navigating US job portals.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills suitable for interacting with US-based candidates and hiring managers.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work US business hours (EST, CST, or PST shifts).
